Toyota Invests $1 Billion in Artificial Intelligence in U.S.

Toyota has begun its development of advanced AI for cars and drivers in Silicon Valley, showing its advancement into basic tech research. More advancement onto the AI field will help advance humanity as a whole for later progression.

Toyota for A.I.?!

Toytota plans to hire 200 more A.I. researchers to match up with the expanding market for A.I. such as Siri and self-learning machines. When the center begins operating in January, it will prioritize technologies that make driving safer for humans rather than completely replacing them. That approach is in stark contrast with existing research efforts being pursued by Google and Uber to create self-driving cars.
